About the Kiwanis Club of Elmira

Kiwanis is an international organization of volunteers with over 600,000 members in 80 different countries. The local club was started 43 years ago and its 39 members provide the community with the Kiwanis Music Festival for children, the Kiwanis Santa Claus Parade, The Woolwich Christmas Food Drive, the Kiwanis Oktoberfest Hall and now the Results-Centred Leadership Program. All monies from fundraising goes back into the community because we are run 100% by volunteers. Through our efforts we provide funds for scholarships, EDSS First Robotics team, books for schools and libraries, and many more projects aimed at helping children.

He has published two business books, four professional development programs and over 400 articles on sales and leadership. About The Program

Results-Centred Leadership is a program that has been developed, refined and updated over the past 20 years. Individuals from across Canada, the US and the Middle East have learned how to become better at producing more profits for their employers, building better teams, improving the culture, and getting more done in less time.

Because it is conducted over 12 months, participants have a chance to implement and practice what they’ve learned and then share results with their peers. There is greater accountability to each other to achieve results. There will also be an emphasis on community leadership and giving back to the community.
